What to email us about

• Bug reports. If a calculator gives a wrong number, a chart breaks, or something looks off on mobile, tell us — include your browser if you can, and the exact inputs that triggered it.
• Calculator requests. If there is a finance calculator you wish existed (or wish was better), name it. Our roadmap is heavily driven by what people actually ask for.
• Methodology corrections. If you spot a formula error or disagree with an assumption on our methodology page, please write in. We will fix it and credit you if you’d like.
• Partnerships and press. Affiliate inquiries from brokerages, content syndication, or interview requests — same address, just put the topic in the subject line.

What we can’t help with

We can’t give personalized financial, tax, or investment advice. We are not licensed advisors. If you need that kind of guidance, talk to a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or a tax professional in your jurisdiction.

Response time

We read every message. We try to reply within two business days. If you don’t hear back, please nudge — sometimes email filters eat things, especially when the subject line includes the word “dividend” (yes, really).

Mailing address

We’re a small remote team and don’t maintain a public mailing address. For legal notices, email is the canonical channel.
