Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What costs money

Every calculator on anydividendcalculator.com is free, with no account required. The only paid product is Premium ($5/month or $39/year), which adds an unlimited dividend portfolio tracker. See the pricing page for what each plan includes. This policy applies to those subscriptions.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time — no email or phone call required. Open the “Manage subscription” button on your dashboard, which takes you to the secure billing portal where you can cancel in one click.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and you are not charged again. You keep Premium access until that date, then the account reverts to the free plan automatically. We do not delete your saved data when you downgrade.

3. Refunds

If you’re not happy, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund it:

• Monthly plan: we’ll refund your most recent monthly charge if you request it within 14 days of that charge.
• Annual plan: we’ll refund the full annual payment if you request it within 14 days of the purchase or renewal.

After the 14-day window, a subscription that you cancel simply stops renewing — we don’t pro-rate or refund the remainder of a period that’s already begun, unless required by law in your jurisdiction.

4. Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged in error, billed twice, or charged after a cancellation took effect, email us and we’ll refund the incorrect charge in full — the 14-day window does not apply to billing mistakes.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. Once issued, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Your payment-card details are handled entirely by the payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@anydividendcalculator.com from the address on your account, or use the contact page. Tell us which charge you’d like refunded and we’ll take care of it. We aim to reply within two business days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will never apply retroactively to a charge you’ve already made.
