1. Acceptance

By accessing or using anydividendcalculator.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides free, browser-based financial calculators (including, but not limited to, dividend reinvestment, stock profit, capital gains tax, compound interest, and dollar-cost averaging calculators). All calculations are performed on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Not financial, investment, or tax advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. The calculators are educational tools that produce estimates based on assumptions you provide. Real-world investment outcomes differ from model outputs because of market volatility, tax law changes, dividend cuts, fees, currency movements, and many other factors the calculators do not model.

Always consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before making investment, tax, or financial decisions. The Service is not a substitute for personalized professional advice.

4. Accuracy of calculations

We have written automated tests against every calculator’s underlying math (see our methodology page) and we believe the calculators are accurate within their stated models. However, we do not guarantee that any result is free from error, and we disclaim responsibility for any decision made in reliance on a calculator result.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Any Dividend Calculator and its operators, affiliates, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or lost investment returns — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, which for free use of the Service is zero.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, copy, and methodology documentation, is owned by Any Dividend Calculator and its contributors. You may not copy or republish substantial portions of the site without permission. You may, however, link to any page on the site, share calculator results, and reference our methodology in your own writing with attribution.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service in ways that materially burden our infrastructure. Reasonable automated access (such as search engine crawlers and respectful API-style consumption of public pages) is welcome.
• Misrepresent any output of the Service as personalized advice from us.

9. Third-party links

The Service may include links to third-party websites, including brokerage affiliate links in the future. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Clicking a third-party link is at your own discretion.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms or applicable law. The Service may be discontinued at any time with or without notice.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction at the operator’s principal place of business.
